Home Inspection
Starting at $425
Ideal for those that are:

This comprehensive inspection covers all major components of the home, from roof to foundation. We examine structural components, exterior, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interiors, appliances, and more – ensuring compliance with
North Carolina’s Standards of Practice.
Pre-Drywall Inspection
$400
Ideal for those that are having a home built.
This inspection takes place before the drywall or insulation is installed on a new build. We examine the structural framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins, etc., while they are still visible.
Catching issues at this stage can save time and money by ensuring the builder corrects them before walls are closed.
Ask about discounts for multiple inspections on this home through the phases of new construction.
Add-On Services
Radon Testing – Starting at $150
We coordinate professional radon testing to check your home’s radon levels. This is a 48-hour continuous monitoring test performed by a qualified specialist (sub-contracted) and results can be provided with the inspection report.
Radon is a colorless, odorless gas linked to lung cancer; testing is recommended in our region.

Wood-Destroying Insect (WDIR) Inspection – Starting at $125
Commonly known as a termite inspection. We arrange for a licensed pest control professional (sub-contracted to inspect the property for termites and other wood-destroying organisms.
You’ll receive a NC WDIR (Wood Destroying Insect Report) detailing any active infestations or damage. Essential for buyers using VA loans and for general peace of mind in our termite-prone climate.
Septic Inspection – Starting at $475
Septic inspections are strongly encouraged for anyone purchasing a home with a septic system. Septic systems can be complex and it is critical to know yours is functioning as it should.
We will coordinate with waste water professionals (sub-contracted) for an inspection that includes a thorough evaluation of the current condition of your system, along with a complete inspection report.
Be sure to check with your mortgage company to see if a septic inspection is required.
Well Inspection & Water Testing
– Starting at $150
You can never be too careful about the drinking water in your home. We will coordinate with professionals (sub-contracted) to do a visual inspection of the above ground components of your well as well as submit a water sample to a certified lab for analysis. Result times vary based on water test.
1) Coliform Bacteria (3 business days)
2) Full Panel - Coliform bacterial analysis, Lead, Nitrate/Nitrite (10-12 business days)
3) Level 1 - Everything in Full Panel, PLUS: Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Cadmium, Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Mercury, Nickel. Selenium, Silver, Sodium, Thallium, Uranium, Vanadium, Zinc, Hardness (10-12 business days)
